Clear Channel CHR/Rhythmic KUBE/Seattle PD Eric Powers will be at the helm of CBS Radio CHR KBKS when CC welcomes the station to the family in late March/early April.

Bruce Logan, Clear Channel-Charlotte OM and Country WKKT PD, now handles PD responsibilities at CHR/Rhythmic WIBT following the exit of Rob Wagman.

Jim Patrick exits the midday post at AC WHTT/Buffalo. As a result, PD Joe Siragusa will stretch his afternoon shift from noon to 7 p.m., while morning guy Bill Lacy will stay on the air until noon.

Active Rock KHTQ/Spokane, WA PD Larry Snider exits, with APD/night jock Kris "Beavis" Siebers stepping up to PD. Siebers had also been programming sister Oldies KVNI, but hands over those PD powers to Dave Walker.

Hyundai announces an expansion of its commitment to HD Radio, launching the technology on additional 2011 models. "HD Radio technology is another example of how Hyundai enhances the in-vehicle experience for our customers," said Scott Margason, national manager, Product Development, Hyundai Motor America. "With our state-of-the-art audio systems, Hyundai is quickly becoming an in-vehicle entertainment leader." Last summer, the Hyundai Genesis was the first vehicle from the automaker to include HD technology.

Beginning February 10, the catalog of I.R.S. Records will be released digitally for the first time in a six week campaign from Capitol/EMI. The rollout includes albums from Wall Of Voodoo, General Public, Concrete Blonde, Oingo Boingo and many more.
