With Alicia Keys' Unplugged album set to be released in a few weeks, the sultry singer/songwriter is going to be all over television in the next few weeks. She will make guest appearances on Good Morning America and The Late Show With David Letterman on October 11 which is the release date of her album. She is also set to stop by Live With Regis And Kelly, The View and The Oprah Winfrey Show during the month of October.

Singer/actress Lindsay Lohan's second album, Confessions Of A Broken Heart is set to be released on November 22. The lead single and title track is available beginning today exclusively on AOL Music for 24 hours. The video for her single is being directed by Lohan and Billboard reports that the singer's younger sister, Ali Lohan, playing Lohan as a younger girl.

Aerosmith and Lenny Kravitz will add more dates to their fall tour which begins on October 30 in Uncasville, CT. The members of Aerosmith's Aeroforceone fan organization will get first dibs on tickets. The tour now extends to December 10 in Chicago, with a total of 17 dates announced.

MTV.com reports that Usher will hold a benefit concert at Atlanta's Philips Arena. The name of the concert is Project Restart and the proceeds from the show will go to the victims of Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. The concert is set to take place on October 9 and five thousand of the evacuees that have relocated to Georgia will receive free tickets.

Staind will release a special edition of their album Chapter V on November 15. It will include five bonus tracks, a 36 page booklet and a 40 minute DVD. Staind will kick off their Fall Brawl Tour on November 11 with labelmates P.O.D. and Taproot, along with Texas rockers Flyleaf.

Andrew Wood, the late front man of Seattle band Mother Love Bone, is the focus of the new documentary Malfunkshun: The Andrew Wood Story. The documentary is directed by Scot Barbour and features interviews with many Seattle musicians. Wood's brother, Kevin Wood told Billboard, "You hear this awesome music going on during the whole movie, and you can get sidetracked listening to the music, and not listen to the interviews, because the music in the background is so good." Mother Love Bone featured Jeff Ament and Stone Gossard, before they joined Pearl Jam. Wood died in 1990 of a drug overdose.

Bassist extraordinare Les Claypool will release the DVD 5 Gallons of Diesel on November 15. It featuring his solo projects and collaborations. The DVD includes over three and a half hours of live performances and video footage. Claypool will embark on a brief U.S. tour in October, beginning in Minneapolis on October 7.

L.A. punk icons The Germs will reunite with a new singer in their touring efforts to commemorate the 25-year anniversary of the band's final show. Actor/musician Shane West will serve as their frontman for the tour, since he plays late Germs singer Darby Crash in the upcoming biopic What We Do Is Secret. The Germs will play at the Grand Olympic Auditorium in LA on October 29 joined by artists such as Suicidal Tendencies, the Dead Kennedys, Marky Ramone and Flipper. The Germs are also in the midst of planning U.S. and European tours.
