Lohan, Leto Sign On For Lennon Film

Lindsay Lohan

Variety reports that Lindsay Lohan and Jared Leto, two actors who have been focusing on music lately, are set to star in Chapter 27, a film about events surrounding the murder of John Lennon. The independent flick will star Lohan as a fan of Lennon, who befriends Lennon's killer, Mark Chapman, in the days leading up to December 8, 1980. It is currently unknown who will portray Lennon.

Both actors have been involved with their music as of late. Lohan will release her second album, A Little More Personal (Raw), by year's end. Leto is currently on tour with his band, 30 Seconds To Mars, opening for Audioslave.
