J.B. Wilde exits as PD of Rhythmic CHR WWVA (Wild 105.7 & 96.7)/Atlanta. CCM+E-Atlanta OM Brian Michel adds PD duties for Wild. Michel is also PD at sister Country WUBL.

Deelon (a.k.a. Ryan Dillon) resigns from the APD/MD/afternoon post at CHR/Rhythmic KWYD/Boise. As a result, night talent Tony Tecate rises to the APD/MD/night job.

Brett Harris exits mornings at AC KRBB/Wichita after a 25+ year run.

At Modern Rock WKQX (Q87.7)/Chicago, Shark joins the airstaff. Shark is a Windy City radio vet who was most recently heard across town at Classic Hits WJMK.

Active Rock WXTB (98 Rock)/Tampa announces James "Double Down" Howard as its new PD and Ty Bailey as APD. It is a return to 98 Rock for Howard, who will remain based at Clear Channel's Washington, D.C.-Baltimore cluster, where he is PD of Rock WWDC (DC101) and Adult Hits WQSR. Howard had previously spent four years as PD at 98 Rock before heading north in 2010. Meanwhile, Bailey will relocate from DC101, where she currently holds down middays, and join 98 Rock as of August 27.

Congratulations to Classic Rock KFOX/San Francisco morning host Greg Kihn, who will be inducted into the Bay Area Radio Hall Of Fame on October 6. Kihn is heard on KFOX 102.1/San Francisco as well as 98.5/San Jose.

Sam Alex exits Country WMZQ/Washington, D.C., where he was Morning Show Producer/weekend host. Alex is looking for his next gig and can be reached at samalexradio@yahoo.com.

Jeffrey A. Liberman is elevated from Radio Division President to COO at Entravision Communications Corp.

Warner Music Group merges its Alternative Distribution Alliance and Independent Label Group divisions. Both will combine under the ADA name, with ILG GM Kenny Wegley named SVP of A&R and Label Services for the new unit.

Last month it was reported that the Cherrytree Records imprint would be ending its relationship with Interscope Records, but Billboard.biz reports that Cherrytree head Martin Kierszenbaum has inked a new deal, keeping the relationship together.
