Chris Edge makes his way back to Raleigh to become OM for Clear Channel Music and Entertainment replacing Chris Shebel who transfers to the PD seat at AC sister KKCW/Portland. Edge will oversee CHR WDCG, CHR/Rhythmic WKSL, Classic Hits WRVQ and Talk WRDU. Edge had been serving as PD/Director of Digital Media for Emmis Triple A KGSR and Comedy 102.7/Austin. Look for Edge to be in place in Raleigh on October 22.
 
AC WRRM/Cincinnati welcome the husband and wife team of Bob Goen and Marianne Curan for mornings. Goen is known for his time with Entertainment Tonight, The Miss Universe Pageant and various game shows, while Curan is an improvisational comedienne. The duo starts on October 1. Also, Sam Alex comes on board as producer, from WMZQ/Washington, DC. PD Chris Lynn will move from mornings to middays.

Congratulations to CHR WXKS (KISS 108)/Boston's Matt Sigelhas, who was inducted into the Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall of Fame last Thursday night. Siegel, the longtime host of Matty in the Morning, has been on air at KISS 108 for more than 32 years. "Matty has been number one at KISS 108 since Jimmy Carter was President," said Mary Menna, President/Market Manager for CCM+E-Boston. "We are all so proud of his many accomplishments and also now the recognition amongst his peers."

Chip Ramsey segues from PD/morning host at AC WLKN/Cleveland/Sheboygan/Manitowoc, WI to a similar post at Sports WNSP/Mobile.

Classical WBQW/Portland switches to CHR as Hot 104.7.

AC KYYY/Bismark makes the move to CHR with Elvis Duran in the Morning, Trevor D handling middays and Mitchell in the afternoon.

Triple A KFOG/San Francisco longtime host Annalisa has exited the station to take over mornings at Classic Rock KFOX/San Francisco. She replaces Greg Kihn, who exited KFOX on Friday after 16 years at the station.

Congratulations to Clear Channel Rock WDVE/Pittsburgh, which raised $535,842 for the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC with its fifth annual 'DVE Rocks for Children's Radiothon.

Radio vet John Sheftic is named Market Manager for NextMedia's Myrtle Beach, SC cluster.

Rob Wetstone is named VP of Digital Strategy for RED Distribution. Wetstone will oversee all aspects of RED's digital business, including sales and marketing, digital production and operations, and digital strategy. He will report to RED President Bob Morelli.

Broadcast Music Inc. (BMI) appoints Silvia Davi as VP/Head of Strategic Communications and Marketing.
