Soundgarden Sets Three Intimate Shows

Soundgarden has announced three intimate shows in New York, Los Angeles and Toronto in support of their new album, King Animal, which comes out on November 13. Tickets for all three shows go on sale to the public starting November 9. However, fans who pre-order King Animal at Soundgarden’s website before 11:59 PST on November 7 will gain access to a presale that begins on November 8 at noon. So far there is no word on whether more dates will be announced, but the three shows are set for November 13 in New York, November 16 in Toronto and November 27 in Los Angeles.

King Animal is now available for pre-order at www.soundgardenworld.com in numerous configurations, including a box set, a deluxe CD, vinyl and digital versions.

Meanwhile, be sure to keep an ear out for FMQB's one-hour radio special, Inside Soundgarden: King Animal, airing on Rock stations nationwide from November 11 to 18. The special is hosted by Matt Pinfield as he sits down with Chris Cornell, Kim Thayil, Ben Shepherd and Matt Cameron to discuss the new album and the band’s reunion. The broadcast special also features brand new songs from King Animal, including the single "Been Away Too Long."
