Red is now the first album from Swift to spend its first three straight weeks at #1, and it has sold 1.7 million copies to date. Coming in at #2 this week is the latest NOW 44 collection, which arrives with 99,000 sold, marking the 43rd straight title in the NOW series to debut in the Top 10. Rod Stewart occupies the #3 slot with Merry Christmas, Baby, selling 74,000 in its second frame, and R&B crooner Ne-Yo scores a #4 bow this week with his new album - also called R.E.D. - moving 66,000 units.
