In Brief - April 9, 2013
April 9, 2013

This past year, City of Hope sponsored an event on November 7 at the House of Blues in Los Angles to roast veteran Clear Channel Programmer John Ivey. The fundraising entertainment/industry event was a gathering of many from the radio and record community as well as family, friends and celebrities. FMQB, which was proud to support and attended the event, has since unearthed some video that was shown the night of the event, which chronicles John Ivey’s life. Ivey was a good sport, as he took his roasting like a man, on an evening that raised over $100,000 for one of the industry’s great causes…City of Hope! You can check out that video on Ivey's life here.
