Robin Thicke plans to continue his career hot streak by releasing a new album on July 1 through Star Trak/Interscope Records. It will feature the recent single "Get Her Back" which Thicke debuted at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. He also performed it on The Voice on Tuesday, May 20. Little else is known about Thicke's next album aside from the release date and single. A title, track list and artwork have yet to be revealed, notes Billboard.

The ladies of Destiny's Child have reunited once again for the song "Say Yes" off Michelle Williams' latest solo effort, Journey to Freedom. The track also features an appearance by Beyoncé's sister, Solange. The song is actually a remix of the Nigerian gospel song "When Jesus Says Yes," and it marks the third time the D.C. ladies have appeared on a track together since the group split in 2006, following "Nuclear" from their Love Songs compilation and "You've Changed" from Kelly Rowland's solo album, Talk a Good Game.

Paul McCartney reportedly has been hospitalized due to a viral infection that forced him to cancel his tour of Japan as well as one show in South Korea. On Tuesday, McCartney spokeswoman Perri Cohen said in a statement that the former Beatle "is still not feeling better and this cancellation is unavoidable. He was hoping to be better, but the doctors have ordered him complete rest." On Wednesday, after McCartney's May 28 concert in Seoul was called off, he issued his own statement through the show's organizers, saying: "I was really looking forward to visiting and playing in South Korea for the first time and I'm sorry to be letting fans down. I'm very disappointed by this and hope to be able to visit soon." His Out There world tour is currently scheduled to resume on June 14 in Lubbock, TX.

Drake and Hedley are top nominees for Canada's annual MuchMusic Video Awards, which will be handed out on June 15 in Toronto. Those two artists have six nominations each, while Hip Hop artist SonReal grabbed five nominations, followed by Arcade Fire and The Weeknd with four each. The non-Canadians who are nominated in the Best International categories include Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Pharrell Williams, Miley Cyrus, Lorde, One Direction, Mumford & Sons, Maroon 5, Kings of Leon and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis.

This year, Talking Heads' concert film Stop Making Sense hits the ripe old age of 30. To celebrate the anniversary, Palm Pictures is releasing the film digitally and giving it a limited theatrical run. Throughout the summer, screenings will be shown in 27 different cities, while the movie gets its first-ever digital release on July 15.
