The NAB reports four members of Congress have signed on as co-sponsors of the Local Radio Freedom Act. The Members of the House adding their support to the Local Radio Freedom Act are Lou Barletta (PA-11), Jim Langevin (RI-2) and Ted Yoho (FL-3). Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) is co-sponsoring the resolution in the Senate. With their co-sponsorship, there are 222 Members of the House and 15 Senators who have signed on to support the Local Radio Freedom Act.

JJ Fabini is named PD at Adams Radio Group Classic Rocker WXKE/Ft. Wayne. Additionally, Fabini will also handle the programming of Adult Standards WGL-AM.

Blondie joins CHR KTFM/San Antonio for morning co-host duties. Blondie was most recently one half of the QTip & Blondie morning show on CHR WABD/Mobile.

Centennial Broadcasting taps Mike Herald as its Director of Programming for their stations in Northern Shenendoah Valley/Northern Virginia. Those stations are Hot AC WINC, Country simulcast WXBN/WZFC and News/Talk WINC-AM.

Cumulus announces that Country-formatted KRST/Albuquerque has adopted the NASH FM Country music and lifestyle brand.

The Conclave announces the addition of ten new members to its Board of Directors for 2014-15.
