WRVW/Nashville To Present “Live. Life. Love: A Concert for Suicide Prevention”
February 13, 2017
WRVW/Nashville(107.5 the River) announced this morning “Live. Life. Love: A Concert for Suicide Prevention” on March 3rd, featuring acoustic performances from Fitz & the Tantrums, Bea Miller, For King & Country and Tryon.  All proceeds from the show benefit TO WRITE LOVE ON HER ARMS, an organization for mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

Program Director Jonathan Shuford comments, “It’s something that so often gets overlooked, but suicide is the second leading cause of death for people aged 10 to 24.  We had a local news story a couple of weeks ago that really brought attention to mental health, and we reached out to some friends of the station to help us actually do something about it.  Our hope is that this event spreads a message of positivity and hope in the Nashville community, and lets our listeners know that there IS help whenever they need it.”
