Garrett Hart joins Sirius Satellite Radio as Format Manager, overseeing the commercial-free music channels Sirius Gold (ch. 5) and '60's Vibrations (ch. 6). He will also head up Sirius' broadcasts from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. Hart had previously been PD of Rock WRQK/Canton, OH.

First Broadcasting names Bob Dunphy SVP/Station Operations. The company also retains Cavalry Media Services Managing Director/COO Jay Meyers as Sr. Station Operations consultant.

Market Manager Marco Camacho exits the CBS Radio-Phoenix cluster. Mark Waters, Director/New Business Development, replaces Camacho.

David Lawrence has been named VP/Urban at Jive Records. Lawrence, who replaces Craig Davis, arrives from the the VP/promotion post at Sony Urban Music.

Cox Radio CHR/Rhythmic WHZT (HOT 98.1)/Greenville, SC middayer Taylor Scott is exiting the station.

With the expiration of his contract, Neal Mirsky exits as OM/PD at Classic Rock WAQY and OM at Active Rock WLZX/Springfield.

Bonneville International names Scott Sutherland Market Manager for its three newly acquired Seattle radio stations (KIRO, KBSG, KTTH). Sutherland has been serving as Director of Sales for the company's Phoenix radio group. 

Joel Grey, VP/PD at Adult Hits KPKX/Phoenix, re-ups for two more years.

Rhythmic AC WSNA/Memphis taps Oscar Renee, a.k.a Marco for afternoons.

"Big Baby" Kenny J takes the midday gig at Urban AC KRNB/Dallas replacing the exiting Tony B.

Rock WYYX/Panama City announces its new on-air line-up: 5-10 a.m.- Lex & Terry, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. - Yoda, 3-7 p.m. - Stroke, 7 p.m.-midnight - Shortbus.

At CBS Radio-Philadelphia, Peter Kleiner is the new cluster VP/Sports and National Sales. Kleiner, who previously managed WYSP and KYW, hands those responsibilities to WPHT GM David Yadgaroff. WPHT GSM Mike Baldini takes on Station Manager duties.

EMI/Manhattan Records names Heather Davis Director, Publicity for Manhattan Records. Prior to joining Manhattan Records, Heather was a segment producer and talent booker for various networks including ESPN, G4, MTV and Comedy Central.
