Quick Hits: Nine Inch Nails, Black Crowes, Radiohead, Fat Joe, Paul Westerberg, Bruce Dickinson
March 22, 2005

Nine Inch Nails fans who can't wait to hear the new album, With Teeth, will get their chance at listening parties held around the country at the end of the month. Thirteen cities will host listening parties at various venues between March 26 and April 2. According to NIN.com, everyone who attends will receive a limited edition gift, and also have the ability to pre-order With Teeth and get a bonus 7" vinyl single with the b-side track "Home." With Teeth hits stores on May 3.

The Black Crowes

Though their reunion tour officially begins tonight in New York City, The Black Crowes have been performing surprise gigs throughout the northeast for the past week under their original name, Mr. Crowes Garden. In Burlington, VT on March 15, the band was joined onstage by former Phish singer/guitarist Trey Anastasio for their encore. The Crowes will play seven sold-out gigs at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York, kicking off their first tour in four years.

Radiohead's Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood will debut new material written and performed with the London Sinfonietta next week. The Rock/Classical hybrid performance will take place in London on March 27 and 28. Greenwood recently confirmed to The Guardian that Radiohead is in rehearsals, getting ready to write and record a new album.

"Lean Back" rapper Fat Joe has pushed back his next album, All Or Nothing, by a month to May 24 due to issues with sample clearances. The album includes cameos from R. Kelly, Jennifer Lopez, Nelly and others.

Paul Westerberg will hit the road with a full backing band for the first time in eight years, spending two weeks on tour in April. The trek kicks off in Milwaukee on April 14 and wraps in Philadelphia on April 30.

Iron Maiden singer Bruce Dickinson will release a new solo record, Tyranny Of Souls, on May 24. It will be his first solo project in seven years. Iron Maiden will also be a part of this summer's Ozzfest.
