The deadline of October 15 was set by New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo back in January as part of a court order. Dow Jones reports that Sumner Redstone's privately held National Amusements Inc. will sell off a portion of its share in CBS Corp. and Viacom. The firm expects to make $600 million from selling its shares in Viacom and $345 million from CBS. However, Redstone will still hold over 75 percent of the voting control of each company after the sale. OM George King exits as Director of Operations for Clear Channel-San Antonio.
