A veteran of multiple facets of the music industry, Willobee Carlan has worked as a programmer, air talent and artist manager, among many other positions over the years. After spending five years as PD of legendary Modern Rock WEQX/Manchester, VT-Albany, Willobee joined Shamrock Communications’ Scranton cluster, and early last year, crossed the country to help build the company’s all-new Reno cluster.
