In December, Lil Wayne's Rebirth album was accidentally shipped out early by Amazon to roughly 500 customers who pre-ordered the much-delayed CD. Digital Music News reports that Rebirth has likely been pushed back once again, as the album has been removed from Amazon altogether, as well as from the iTunes Music Store, for pre-order. Also, Walmart is now listing a June 22 release date for Rebirth, prompting speculation that the album is being completely revamped following the leak. Weezy is slated to begin a year-long prison sentence starting next month.

Over the weekend, a clip of an unreleased Michael Jackson song leaked online. The track, "Another Day," is a remake of a 2004 Lenny Kravitz song called "Storm." Kravitz posted a video response to the leak, saying the song was indeed recorded by himself and MJ, but he doesn't know where the leak came from. Idolator reports that Sony has been pulling clips of "Another Day" off the Web since its appearance.

Christina Aguilera's upcoming album is reportedly titled Bionic, according to a cover story in Marie Claire magazine. Some of the new songs include "Glam," "Lullaby" and "Bionic." The album is expected out in March.

Godsmack singer Sully Erna must pay out $3.3 million as part of a settlement over a 2007 car accident that severly injured another driver. The Eagle Tribune reports that the court settlement will pay for 27-year-old Lindsay Taylor's expenses resulting from the accident. The lawsuit claims that Erna's Hummer hit a Toyota Camry that Taylor was riding in, creating a three-car accident on a Massachusetts highway. Taylor suffered traumatic brain damage, leading to hospitalization and months of rehab. Erna must also provide monthly payments for 20 years for Taylor's ongoing treatment.

In a new posting on NIN.com over the holidays, Trent Reznor hinted at a new Nine Inch Nails release of some sort in 2010. Reznor wrote that he has a number of things planned for the new year, "including new material from nine inch nails and something else that isn't nine inch nails. I am in a state of rediscovery and reinvention that feels unfamiliar, unsure and exactly what I need." In other NIN news, the fan-assembled concert film of the band's 2008 Lights In The Sky tour has been released online. More information on Another Version Of The Truth: The Gift can be found here.

Indie rockers Vampire Weekend will hit the road with an extensive tour in support of their new album, Contra, due out next week. After a handful of January shows in Los Angeles and New York, the band will spend February in Europe, then kick off a North American trek in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on March 14. The tour winds up in Oakland on April 19.

Travis frontman Fran Healy revealed in his blog that not only is he recording a solo album, but Sir Paul McCartney contributes a bass part to one of his new songs. Healy also recorded some vocals with Neko Case for another new track.
