WWCD (CD101)/Columbus has announced a memorial fund for the family of Andy "Andyman" Davis. As reported yesterday, the Modern Rock station's PD passed away suddenly while on vacation. The Andy Davis Memorial Fund will benefit his wife and three sons, and donations can be made at any Huntington National Bank in the Columbus area, or sent to the station at 503 S. Front Street, Suite 101, Columbus, OH 43215. CD101 has also announced a public remembrance for Andyman, which will be held this Thursday night from 7-10pm at LC Outdoors in Columbus. Spanish Broadcasting System names Marko Radlovic Chief Revenue Officer. This is the second go-round at SBS for Radlovic, who initially started with the company in 2001 as VP/Sales for the Los Angeles cluster and was promoted during his first tenure to various posts including LA cluster VP/GM, Chief Revenue Officer and EVP/COO.

Podcasting network Wizzard Media announces that The Adam Carolla Show has selected Wizzard for its podcast hosting, distribution, multi show network capabilities and monetization tools. "Adam Corolla is one of the biggest names in podcasting and we are very pleased to have him use our podcast publishing platform," says Chris Spencer, CEO of Wizzard Media. "We look forward to providing him great tools to monetize and grow his ACE Broadcasting network worldwide." In addition to The Adam Carolla Show, ACE Broadcasting Network will use Wizzard Media for all of its podcasts.

Corus Entertainment announces that it will voluntarily de-list its shares from the New York Stock Exchange. Business Week reports the decision will help the Canadian company cut some costs, as only nine percent of Corus' trading volume came from the NYSE anyway.
Digital Music News reports that MOG Music has released an app for the iPhone, iPod Touch and Android devices, offering unlimited access to its catalog for $9.99/month. The new service includes MOG Radio, which gives users some control over the amount of music heard from specific artists.
Despite LimeWire's legal issues (and potential impending closure), Merge Records has inked a deal with its legal digital download store. LimeWire plans to continue expansion of its LimeWire Store, as well as another new music service, set to launch late this year.
