Red Hot Chili Peppers Hit The Silver Screen
August 5, 2011

Red Hot Chili Peppers
To celebrate the release of the new album, I'm With You, the Red Hot Chili Peppers will be coming to a theater near you. On August 30, the same day that the album hits North American shores, the group will perform the entire record in sequence, followed by other fan favorites, in a special high-definition cinematic event dubbed Red Hot Chili Peppers LIVE: I'm With You. The band will perform from Cologne, Germany live via satellite to select movie theaters around the world. Tickets for Red Hot Chili Peppers LIVE: I'm With You go on sale today (8/5) at participating theater box offices at RHCPLiveHD.com, where fans also can access exact theater showings and times.

For those who can't make it out to the theater, you can tune in to the Fuse network on August 30 at 9 p.m. EST to watch a performance from the band at The Roxy in Los Angeles. Plus, RHCP is taking over Fuse that day for 24 hours with videos and more, including an interview at 8:30 p.m. EST.

Last but not least, keep an ear out for FMQB's nationally syndicated radio special, Inside Red Hot Chili Peppers: I'm With You. During the one-hour radio program, host Matt Pinfield sits down with singer Anthony Kiedis, bassist Flea, drummer Chad Smith, and guitarist Josh Klinghoffer for a conversation about the recording and making of I'm With You. Among the songs featured in the show are the new single "The Adventures Of Rain Dance Maggie," plus "Monarchy Of The Roses," "Look Around," "Brendan's Death Song," and "Police Station." It will air on radio stations across the country between August 26 and 30.
