Unveiling The New Look RCA Records
August 23, 2011

As a result of the restructuring of the RCAMG and Jive Label Group into one company, the new label will now be known as RCA Records. The executive leadership structure of RCA Records was unveiled today and is as follows: Peter Edge CEO, Tom Corson President/COO, both official announcements came two weeks ago. Joe Riccitelli, EVP/Promotion will oversee all promotion departments and promotion teams. Mark Pitts remains President of Urban Music/Bystorm Entertainment. Keith Naftaly, Rani Hancock and David Wolter shift to senior A&R positions. Geo Bivins will oversee Urban promotion. Mika El-Baz will captain the publicity team. Bob Anderson continues to oversee Sales. The Film & Television Licensing/Strategic Marketing teams will continue to be led by Karen Lamberton. Samantha Lecca continues to run video production. Aaron Borns, Lisa Cambridge and Carolyn Williams will steer all marketing efforts. Dan Zucker (Business Affairs) and Cliff Silver (Finance) continue to run their respective departments.
