Entravision Communications Corporation announces that Philip C. Wilkinson will be resigning from his position as President/COO of Entravision, effective May 31. Wilkinson will remain a member of the company's Board of Directors and has entered into a consulting agreement under which he will continue to advise the company on its strategic and operating plans. Wilkinson served as President/COO since Entravision's inception in 1996. 
     "Philip is a tremendous leader and friend, whose passion and dedication have been instrumental in the creation and success of Entravision," said Walter F. Ulloa, Chairman/CEO of Entravision. "He has spent his entire career in Latino media and is a strong advocate for the Latino community. We are grateful to him for all his contributions and look forward to benefiting from his continued insights as a director and consultant to the company."

The NBA's Philadelphia 76ers announce a new multi-year radio broadcast partnership with Greater Media's 97.5 The Fanatic and 950 ESPN Radio, exiting their longtime flagship home base at CBS Radio's WIP. The first broadcast on 97.5 The Fanatic will be Game One of the NBA Playoffs and will continue through the remainder of the 2011-2012 playoffs. Some playoff games this season will be simulcast on 950 ESPN Radio as well, with simulcast dates being announced after the release of the NBA Playoffs schedule. 76ers radio announcer Tom McGinnis will continue to call the games as he does now, without change.

United Stations Radio Networks, Inc. has renewed its arrangement to sell, market and distribute the various financial news and business programs created and produced by Bloomberg Radio.
