At Radio One CHR WNOU/Indianapolis PD Leo Baldwin hands out some well deserved promotions as MD/middayer Reka rises to APD, while afternoon host Stick On The Radio adds MD duties."I am very excited for both of these promotions!" Baldwin tells FMQB. "Reka has been part of Radio Now 100.9 for several years and a huge help to me since I arrived in November.
