ThinkSay Records announces two additions to its staff, as Dan Pearson comes on board as VP of Promotion, and Josh Tangney joins as VP of Operations, based in New York and Los Angeles, respectively.

Pearson has held various promotion posts in his career, including stints at Columbia, Motown, TVT, Virgin and Glassnote Records. ThinkSay Co-Founder Brad Davidson states, "A great promotion executives starts with being a great person. That’s who Dan is. He’s passionate, skilled, loyal, and he gets the job done."

Josh Tangney most recently served as VP at SMG Entertainment, the management company responsible for the careers of such artists as Andy Grammer and new ThinkSay signing, Chris Wallace. ThinkSay Co-Founder Ben Singer says, "Josh's background across multiple facets of the music business makes him an ideal executive to run the ThinkSay 360 business model, on top of which, he’s an incredible guy."
