Clarence Barnes is named PD at CHR/Rhythmic KKUU/Palm Springs.

Mainstream CHR WHBQ (Q-1075)/Memphis adds Liz Luedeman to its morning show, alongside CJ and Alexis, starting this Monday.

Multiple changes have been announced at Cumulus-Wilkes-Barre: Active Rock WBSX PD Kenny Wall adds PD duties for sister CHR WBHT. 'BSX weekender Dexter is promoted to middays, replacing Zoey, who will exit at the end of July. Adam Sieminskiis also joins 'BSX for local morning show producer for Free Beer & Hot Wings, as well as voicetracked nights.

Clear Channel will announce the lineup for the 2012 iHeartMusic Festival this Monday, July 9, according to promos currently airing on CC stations.

A new study from TVB ranks radio as having the third-largest reach among media choices, behind TV and the Internet. The Media Comparisons study looks at digital's impact on media outlets. According to the study, radio's reach has declined from 60.6 percent two years ago to 58.8 percent in 2012. Broken down by demographics, radio's largest reach is among 25-54 year-olds (65.3 percent) while its smallest reach is in the 65+ age range (44.1 percent).
