Yahoo! has named former Google VP Marissa Mayer as the Web giant's new CEO. Mayer also announced that she is pregnant. She told Fortune that she had informed Yahoo!'s board of directors of her news in June, but the board had no concerns. Mayer becomes Yahoo!'s fifth CEO in the past five years.
