FMQB offers condolences to the family and friends of "Good Guy" Peter Strauss who passed away on Monday (8/6). He was 89. A member of the WMCA/New York airstaff known as the "Good Guys," Strauss helped usher in rock 'n' roll to the American audiences. Strauss, whose father owned WMCA, took over the running the station in 1961 following the passing of his father, and he would own the station until he sold it in 1986.
