Cox Media Group AC WSB (B98.5)/Atlanta names Chris Eagan as its new PD, starting September 4. Eagan was previously OM of three Cox stations in Connecticut. He says, "I am thrilled to be joining the CMG-Atlanta programming team. Atlanta is arguably the most competitive radio market in the country, and I can't wait to work with Tony Kidd, Ben Reed and the entire B98.5 programming, marketing and sales staffs!"

Radio industry vet Robin Marshall joins Cumulus Media's new commercial creative resource center, Cumulus Sound Solutions, as Production Manager. In this role, Marshall will help to create innovative commercial campaigns for use by Cumulus stations and clients nationwide.

Terry O'Donnell exits the PD post at Townsquare Media Adult Hits WQSH/Albany, while Rob Dawes exits as PD of sister Classic Rocker WQBK/WQBJ (Q103).

Earlier this month, former XM employee Valencia Person was sentenced to 15 months in prison after embezzling over $900,000 from the satcaster. Now The Washington Examiner reports that Person's co-worker Brenda Jones was given the same sentence as well. Both women were sentenced to 15 months, and they must both pay back the $908,000 stolen from the satcaster. As previously reported, the pair stole funds that had been marked for XM's vendors and re-routed the money into their own personal accounts.
