Classic Rock KXFM/Santa Monica will debut it's new morning show via the Benztown Radio Networks as the syndicated The Todd N Tyler Radio Empire launches on September 4.

Ryan Seacrest Productions and his investment partners are out of the running in the bid to acquire Dick Clark Productions. According to the Wall Street Journal, investment firm Guggenheim Partners has becoming the leading bidder. Guggenheim co-owns Billboard and The Hollywood Reporter. Sources told the WSJ that Seacrest, Thomas H. Lee Partners and Bain Capital have officially pulled out of the bidding.
