Saga flips Classic Country WZBK/Milwaukee to Rhythmic CHR as Energy 106.9.

Neal Sharpe is named PD of AC WOXL & Triple A WOXL-HD2/Asheville, NC.

Modern AC WURV (103.7 The River)/Richmond, VA hires Dash as MD/afternoon host. Dash previously worked at sister Cox Modern Rocker WDYL before its flip last year to Rhythmic CHR.

Earlier this summer it was announced that Ty Bailey would be joining Active Rock WXTB (98 Rock)/Tampa as its new APD. Bailey will now also serve as Morning Host for 98 Rock.

Rock WLUP (97.9 The Loop)/Chicago will now carry select Dial Global broadcasts of NFL games this fall, with at least four games announced for this month, starting with this Monday night's Bengals-Ravens game.

Liberty Media has added another percentage point to its increasing share of SiriusXM. According to reports, Liberty has bought approximately 5.5 million more and inched its ownership stake from 49.2 percent earlier this week to 49.3 percent.

EMI has reportedly sued online music service Grooveshark for a third time this year, according to Billboard.biz. The label is seeking a trial and damages for breach of contract, as well as unauthorized usage of recordings belonging to EMI.
