Entercom Promotes Michael Doyle To Regional President

Entercom Communications Corp. announces Michael Doyle has been promoted to Regional President. In announcing Doyle’s promotion, Entercom President/CEO David Field stated, "Michael Doyle has been an outstanding, innovative leader for Entercom over his 12 years with the Company. He is an exceedingly bright and talented executive who excels at both strategic planning and operational execution. We are fortunate to have Michael on the Entercom team."
Doyle joined Entercom May 2000 as VP/Market Manager of Entercom-Rochester. In 2007, he was promoted to EVP. "In my 12 years with Entercom and my 27 years in the radio industry, I have never seen a greater opportunity for success than right now," said Doyle. "Top to bottom Entercom is stronger today than ever before. From our amazing listener content to our digital tools to our market strength, Entercom continues to provide our advertisers the perfect environment to get the results they want and need. I’m proud to work here and honored by this promotion."
As Regional President, Michael will maintain his role overseeing the management of Entercom stations in Buffalo, Gainesville, Indianapolis, Memphis, Rochester, Wichita and Wilkes-Barre. He will also continue his growing leadership role at Entercom, spearheading a number of key corporate initiatives including Entercom’s Market Support Group which oversees communications, recruitment, training, and integrated sales strategies for all of Entercom’s 23 markets. He will continue to report to Entercom President/CEO Field, as well as serve on the company’s Operating Committee.
