Extensive programming experience in current-based formats.
The ability to continually create hard-to-duplicate and sellable on-air and digital content.
Demonstrated success in coaching high profile air talent.
A finely-honed understanding of existing and emerging social media outlets.
Absolute willingness and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively within a programming/digital team.
Superb music label and artist management relationships.
Responsibilities include music logs, an air shift and directing the growth of station staff. You’ll be charged with growing our brand on the air and on-line. You’ll coordinate and execute promotions year round. Station appearances are also a must. Experience with Cool Edit and NexGen are a bonus. Candidates must have strong computer, communication, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and deadlines is required.
At least 2 years Program Director and on-air experience.

Rhythmic/CHR WLLD (Wild 94.1)/Tampa will be changing to Pink 94.1 for the month of October to join the fight against breast cancer. Throughout the month, Pink 94.1 will utilize all its assets, including radio broadcasts, live events, digital and social to generate awareness and encourage fans to get involved and educate listeners about the disease. Pink 94.1 will alert listeners on the importance of getting mammograms, Behind the Ribbon featuring stories of people who have been touched by this disease. Station vehicles are pink and will travel the Tampa Bay area with informational materials on breast cancer awareness.
