CBS Radio has promoted Steve Davis to OM of its Washington, D.C. cluster. Davis will remain PD of Hot AC WIAD (94.7 Fresh FM) and add oversight of CBS' five other D.C. stations: Rhythmic CHR  WPGC, Sports WJFK, Spanish WLZL, News WNEW-FM and News/Talk WNEW-AM. Davis joined the cluster in September of 2010. In his new position, Davis will work closely with the other cluster PDs in managing programming content and collaborate with the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing on special projects.
