Corey B joins CHR WEZB/New Orleans for nights. Corey was most recently doing weekends at CHR WFLZ/Tampa.

Nikki Landry is named PD/afternoon talent at Hot AC WWWM/Toledo. Landry is inbound from afternoons at KVDU/New Orleans.

Jazz KRML/Monterey flips to "Hot Hits" oriented CHR Radio Yummy and is being consulted by programming vet Garett Michaels.

Adult Alternative WZGC (Dave FM)/Atlanta flips to Sports as 92.9 The Game. Additionally, Andy West comes on board as Creative Services Director. West had previously served as Imaging Director for Cumulus/Atlanta.

WYEP/Pittsburgh has announced that Joey Spehar, long time volunteer host of the station's Friday Night Block Party, will join Cindy Howes as co-host of ’YEP's Morning Mix. Spehar started as an intern while a student at Robert Morris University, learning the ropes of radio production, before becoming a volunteer host on the Friday evening show, Block Party, from 8p.m.-Midnight. That show was created to reach a younger demographic to the station. He has also worked as a producer for The Allegheny Front, a Pittsburgh-produced radio program covering Western Pennsylvania environmental issues that airs on 90.5 WESA.

Clear Channel announces it has closed on its private debt exchange offer. "We are pleased with the success of this debt transaction and gratified that it was so significantly oversubscribed," stated CC EVP/CFO Tom Casey. "We appreciate the support from our sponsors and our lenders for the amendments to our credit facilities that made this transformational transaction possible. As the latest step in our continuing refinancing strategy, it will also provide us greater flexibility to manage our debt maturities in the future. We believe that this transaction reflects investor confidence in the Company’s business strategy and performance."

Journal Communications has reported its financial results for Q3 2012, with overall revenue up by 11.4 percent to $97.8 million. Its core broadcast revenue (excluding political, issue and Olympic ad revenue) grew by 5.5 percent, while total broadcast revenue grew by 25 percent.

Canadian broadcaster Corus Entertainment announced its fiscal fourth quarter results, with revenue down two percent to $195.6 million Canadian. Corus' radio division was essentially flat in the quarter, at $47.75 million Canadian, with profit up slightly to just under $15 million Canadian.

Clear Channel's iHeartRadio app is now available for the Windows 8 operating system.
