The debtors group holding the rights to ten of Nassau Broadcasting's radio stations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey has moved to assign the stations' rights to Connoisseur Media. The group, NB Broadcasting LLC, applied to take over the ten stations in bankruptcy via a near-$40 million bid. The most notable of the ten stations in question is longtime CHR WPST/Trenton.
CCM+E-Chicago names Kelly Mac as APD of Urban WGCI and midday host for sister Urban AC WVAZ. Mac arrives from CCM+E-Philadelphia, where she was APD/MD of both Urban WUSL and Urban AC WDAS.

NextMedia completes the sale of its NextMedia Outdoor division to Lamar Advertising Company for $145 million. The company announced that with the sale, it is now focused on its radio business. NextMedia owns 33 stations in eight markets.
David Hyman, CEO and founder of streaming music service MOG has stepped down from the company, according to CNet. MOG was sold earlier in 2012 to Beats.
