Pandora, Clear Channel On Top Again In Triton Digital Rankings For October

Triton has released its October Internet audio rankings, essentially showing stability in its listenership metrics compared to September. Pandora remained at #1 once more, according to the Domestic work week ranker (M-F, 6a-8p), which showed that its Average Active Streams (AAS) were up slightly to 1,561,575 from 1,532,045 AAS in September. Session Starts jumped back up to 779 million, after dipping in September to 667.5 million.

Clear Channel remained at #2, with its AAS up from 259,595 in September to 281,782 in October. Cumulus was ranked #3 once more, followed again by CBS Radio, Slacker and Cox Radio. Entercom was ranked #7, with ESPN Radio at #8, EMF Corporate at #9 and NPR Member Stations cracking the top 10.

Looking at the All Streams Ranker for the full week, Clear Channel was #1 once more in October, with 283,832 AAS and over 147.7 million Session Starts. Digitally Imported was ranked at #2, with Cumulus at #3, followed by Prisa Radio, CBS Radio, Slacker, Cox, 977Music.com, Entercom and EMF Corporate.

For the full week (6a-mid) Domestic Ranker, Pandora was #1 with AAS again increasing slightly, to 1,361,727. Clear Channel is still #2, followed by Cumulus, CBS Radio, Slacker, Cox, NPR, Entercom, ESPN and EMF Corporate.

The All Streams Ranker for October for the full week (6a-mid) again ranked Clear Channel at #1, followed by Digitally Imported, Cumulus, Prisa Radio, CBS Radio, Slacker, 977Music.com, Cox, NPR and Entercom.
