Justin Bieber has expanded his 2013 tour dates, adding 30 new shows next summer. The 2013 Believe tour begins in San Diego on June 22 and runs up to August 10 in Atlanta.

In an interview with The New Yorker, Trent Reznor revealed that he is partnering with Beats By Dre to develop a new streaming music service, and that some new Nine Inch Nails songs are on the way as part of a Greatest Hits set. The streaming service, currently called Daisy, is described as a "platform in which the machine and the human would collide more intimately," also calling it "a service that adds a layer of intelligent curation." As for new NIN music, Reznor told the magazine that Interscope Records plans to release a best-of set in 2014 that would include two new tracks. According to The New Yorker, Reznor plans to start writing new NIN music after the greatest hits disc is released.

Beyoncé has signed a multi-million endorsement deal with Pepsi, with the Pop star closely involved in future collaborations with the soda giant. "Pepsi embraces creativity and understands that artists evolve," Beyoncé said in a statement. "As a businesswoman, this allows me to work with a lifestyle brand with no compromise and without sacrificing my creativity." The New York Times reports that she will appear in a new TV ad next year (her fifth Pepsi TV ad since 2012), as well as on a series of limited edition soda cans. Pepsi will also be the sponsor of her 2013 Super Bowl halftime performance. The deal is valued at $50 million, according to the Times.

Mexican-American singer and TV personality Jenni Rivera died over the weekend in a private plane crash. Rivera was a multi-media star, releasing hit albums of traditional Mexican music, starring in a reality show, releasing her own clothing line and hosting a syndicated radio show. Billboard reports Rivera had recently inked a deal for her own ABC sitcom as well. Rivera sold over 1.2 million albums in the U.S. alone.

Wednesday's 12/12/12 Hurricane Sandy benefit concert at Madison Square Garden will be broadcast live on SiriusXM's E Street Radio (channel 20) and Pearl Jam Radio (channel 22). "SiriusXM recognizes the importance of reaching as many people as possible to raise funds for the victims of Hurricane Sandy," said Scott Greenstein, President/Chief Content Officer of SiriusXM. "We hope that our generous and informed listeners will join the millions of people donating aid to support the recovery and help the victims of the storm." The lineup for the concert includes Bon Jovi, Eric Clapton, Dave Grohl, Billy Joel, Alicia Keys, Chris Martin, The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, Eddie Vedder, Roger Waters, Kanye West, The Who and Paul McCartney.

Muse has added six more North American concerts to its 2013 itinerary, in Los Angeles (1/26); Sacramento (1/29); Portland, OR (1/31); Seattle (2/1); Toronto (4/10) and Montreal (4/24).

A brief online firestorm erupted late Friday, when it came to light that "Gangnam Style" sensation PSY had called for the death of Americans in a 2004 performance. MTV News reports that PSY rapped about killing Americans at a concert alongside Korean band NEXT during a highly-politicized time in South Korean following the death of missionary Kim Sun-il, fueling anti-American sentiments in the country. PSY released a statement to MTV on Friday, apologizing for the incident, saying, "While I'm grateful for the freedom to express one's self I've learned there are limits to what language is appropriate and I'm deeply sorry for how these lyrics could be interpreted. I will forever be sorry for any pain I have caused anyone by those words. I have been honored to perform in front of American soldiers in recent months — including an appearance on the Jay Leno show specifically for them — and I hope they and all Americans can accept my apology."

Imagine Dragons and Atlas Genius will hit the road together for a 2013 North American tour. The trek begins in Tempe, AZ on February 8 and runs up to March 23 in Denver. Atlas Genius' single "Trojans" recently broke into the top five on the Modern Rock chart. The band will also play SXSW in Austin in March.

Daughtry and 3 Doors Down will continue their co-headlining tour into 2013, with 15 dates announced so far. The new run of shows begins in Dallas on January 25, with dates announced up to February 23 in Clearwater, FL.

The-Dream tells Billboard he will release his album 1977, originally out as a free download in 2011, as a physical CD on December 18. The singer-producer-songwriter is also working on a new record, Love IV, which has been delayed until early next year. As for the re-release of 1977, he said, "People want their music in a certain type of way, and it's up to us to give it to them that way. Everybody doesn't want to be accustomed to downloading something from a site where it may not be as mastered. The people who love [1977] will love it. There's a lot of people who probably haven't heard it, and they'll hear it for the first time."

Rockers Buckcherry will release a new album, Confessions, on February 19 via Century Media Records. The lead single, "Gluttony," is available today only as a free download here before being released on iTunes tomorrow (12/11).

Tenacious D has announced a stripped down acoustic tour for early in 2013, as Jack Black and Kyle Gass will take their acoustic guitars to nine East Coast cities. The trek kicks off February 28 in Atlantic City and wraps up March 12 in Myrtle Beach.
