Eminem
Eminem is the first headliner announced for next summer's Reading and Leeds festivals in England. It will be his first time playing the U.K.'s big event since 2001. The Rapper joins previously announced Reading and Leeds 2013 acts Deftones and Alt-J, while Black Sabbath, Blur, Arctic Monkeys and Green Day have been rumored to be in the running for the other headline spots. The festivals will take place from August 23-25.

After Rick Ross canceled the rest of his 2012 tour dates, rumors swirled that he had ended his run due to threats from a street gang known as Gangster Disciples. However, Ross went on the air at 99 Jamz/Miami and said that the axed dates are due to the promoter, and not a beef with any gang. "I canceled the rest of the tour due to the promoter, he wasn't really handlin' his business," Rozay explained on air. "I just felt like that was some power that I needed to take away from homey, so I canceled the rest of the dates that I had arranged with him."

Ne-Yo revealed to MTV News he will be heading into the studio with Beyonce, working on material for her new album, due out early in 2013. Last Friday in New York, the R&B star said, "I actually just spoke to her tonight about that before we got here. So definitely going to get in some stuff with her. Who knows? Maybe we'll get another 'Irreplaceable' out of the batch. You never know."

Shinedown and 3 Doors Down have announced the second leg of their 2013 co-headlining tour. P.O.D. opens up the arena tour, which kicks off in Moline, IL on February 1. The new round of dates begin on March 9 in Orlando and run up to March 30 in Fargo, ND.

Columbia Records will release an album of tomorrow night's 12/12/12 Hurricane Sandy benefit concert at Madison Square Garden. A 24-song set will be available on iTunes "as soon as possible." The album can already be pre-ordered. Proceeds from the album will of course go to charity to help victims of the storm.

Jason Mraz hopes to release a new album by the end of next year. Speaking to Billboard, the singer-songwriter says he will be on the road overseas in the spring, but then hit the studio. He added, "if all goes well, I'll have a new record out in 2013. It'd be [out at] the end of 2013."

Hollywood Undead will return to the road early next year in support of their new album, Notes From The Underground. The band will be returning to the underground to play small clubs for their die-hard fans on The Underground Tour commencing in Los Angeles on release day – January 8. The brief tour runs through January 23 in Toronto.

Fueled By Ramen has announced the release of Girls – Volume 1, music from the HBO series, and it features exclusive new tracks by Grouplove, Santigold and fun. Other artists featured on the soundtrack include Robyn, Fleet Foxes and The Vaccines. The soundtrack is due on January 8.

Depeche Mode has confirmed that their next album will be out in March via Columbia Records. "I am very happy with how the album turned out," comments Martin Gore in a statement on the band's website. "The music has a similar vibe to Violator and Songs of Faith and Devotion and I think the songs on the album are among some of the very best we’ve done." Dave Gahan adds, "The album has a very organic and direct feel to it. It's not a blues record, but it definitely has a soulful vibe. During the recording process we really tried to get the elements of performing and the live show into the album more." A world tour will follow the release of the new album.

Volbeat has announced a spring tour of North America with Danko Jones as the opening act. Details on Volbeat's fifth studio album will be shared in the coming weeks. The tour launches on March 6 in Dallas and wraps on April 11 in Philadelphia.
