Tom Cuddy, the former longtime VP/Programming as WPLJ/New York, joins Clear Channel as PD of the recently acquired Talk WOR-AM. CC also announces the hiring of market vet Steve Borneman as Station Manager at WOR.

CHR WMRV/Binghamton APD/afternoon talent Matt Gapske is upped to PD.

Jolana Smith is tapped as Director of Programming at AC WFAS and WFAS-AM/Westchester. Smith will also handle middays at WFAS.

Elaina is named morning co-host at CHR WAOA/Melbourne. Elaina, who will team with Timmy Vee for the A1A Morning Show.

Mike G is elevated to the MD/night post at CHR KMVA/Phoenix. Mr. G has been filling in at night since July.

At AC KMXZ/Tucson, Leslie Lois rises to PD while former PD Bobby Rich remains in mornings and as Director of the Journal Broadcast Group Community Partner program in Tucson.

Shawn Powers exits the PD/afternoon gig at Hot AC WHBC/Canton.

Alexis joins Classic Rock WTKW/WTKV/Syracuse-Utica for nights taking over for Mimi Griswold. Griswold will continue to host The Blue Moon Cafe show on Sunday's from 7 a.m.-noon.

Allentown market vet and former WZZO PD Tori Thomas joins AC WLEV's morning show. She'll team with co-host Scott Evans and also assume duties as Web Content Producer for the station.

CHR WZEE/Madison adds the voice tracking services of KDWB/Minneapolis' Big D for nights. Additionally, Katie Lee takes overnights and duties as Online Content Director.

At CCM+E's Minneapolis cluster, Todd Kalman is named GSM for KTCZ and KQQL.

Jeff Barry is named Director of Sales for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment-Greensboro.

Dial Global elevates Greg Clancy to the VP/Creative post, for TM Studios. Clancy will lead and direct the development of all jingles, imaging and production music services marketed by the company.

FMQB offers condolences to the family and friends of HITS Crossover Editor Kim Hughes on her passing following a sudden heart attack on Friday (1/4). Hughes was 52.
