CCM+E-L.A. Launches EDM "Evolultion On KIIS HD2"

Clear Channel Media + Entertainment-Los Angeles CHR KIIS (102.7 KIIS FM) announces the launch of its first HD Electronic Dance Music (EDM) station, Evolution on KIIS HD2. Evolution launched today and is an extension of the EDM Evolution digital station on iHeartRadio.

Evolution on KIIS HD2 connects dance music enthusiasts with the EDM universe 24/7 and is hosted by famous DJ and electronic music tastemaker, Pete Tong.  The station’s programming includes All Gone Pete Tong, an exclusive, two-hour daily show featuring Pete’s Essential New Tune of the Week, as well as the hottest tracks from the global Top 100 chart on Beatport.com, the world’s largest music store and community for DJs. The show broadcasts Monday through Friday from 4-6:00 p.m. PST, and joins an lineup of radio shows hosted by a rotation of popular and up-and-coming DJs including: Diplo; Wolfgang Gartner; Fatboy Slim; Dim Mak; Yung Skeeter; Manufactured Superstars; Paul van Dyk; Roger Sanchez; Congorock; Dillon Francis; Doorly; Eats Everything; Jaymo & Andy George; The 2 Bears; Tom Staar; Hot Since 82; John Dhalback; Jet Set USA; Moguai; and Nu Disco. Evolution on KIIS HD2 features additional programming including special mixes, on-air interviews and guest-hosted radio shows with DJs and EDM producers. The station also airs exclusive content from Swedish House Mafia’s final tour in addition to their featured show with all-new mixes.
