Tom Oakes, Ohana Media Group-Anchorage VP of Programming and Cluster Station Manager, adds programming responsibilities at CHR KFAT. Oakes takes over for exiting KFAT and Adult Hits KBBO PD Derek Moran. Assisting Oakes will be Mark St. John of Zapoleon Media Strategies and KFAT MD Don Megga.

Modern Rock KXNA/Fayetteville, AR re-teams Derek "Deek" Kastner with Jon Williams in mornings. The pair previously co-hosted mornings at cross-town Classic Rock KIGL. Kastner arrives from Modern Rock KMYZ/Tulsa.
Fisher Communications has announced its Q4 and full-year financial results for 2012, and the Seattle-based company reported a 12 percent increase in fourth quarter revenue to $52.1 million. Excluding the sale of its Fisher Plaza headquarters, revenue was up by 20 percent. Radio net revenue was essentially flat at $5.5 million, with radio cash flow also flat at $1.4 million. For the full year 2012, revenue increased three percent to $168.2 million, which is a 12 percent jump when excluding Fisher Plaza revenue from '11. Radio net revenue in 2012 fell by two percent though, to $12 million. Radio cash flow did increase last year to $5.5 million.
