Epic Hires Charlie Foster As VP Of Adult Top 40; Promotes Scott Dimig
March 1, 2013

Epic Records brings aboard Charlie Foster as VP of Promotion, specializing in Adult Top 40. He will report to SVP of Promotion Jacqueline Saturn. Foster most recently ran his own consulting firm, and has spent time at Arista, TVT, Artemis and Universal Records.

Saturn says, "I am so excited to add Charlieto my already incredible team.  His vast knowledge of promotion, his killer instinct and his work ethic make him perfect for the job.  Also we needed some dudes."

Also at Epic, the label has promoted Scott Dimig to National Director of Top 40 & Dance Promotion. Saturn says that "Scott will report directly to me and work with VP of Pop Promotion Marni Halpern. Scotty started as my intern. He was then the promotion assistant in New York and was promoted to Southeast Local Promotion based in Miami. His love of music gave him the opportunity to take over the Dance Department which has been very successful for us. It was only natural for him to be promoted to a national position. He will be based in Miami so we can all still get into the good clubs."
