The syndicated JohnJay and Rich morning show adds CHR KXXN/Wichita Falls as their newest affiliate.

Non-comm Triple A WYMS/Milwaukee has purchased a two-story, 14,000 sq. ft. building to house its new studios, offices and a 100-seat broadcast performance space, giving it more studio space and the ability to implement new community programs, as well as unifying the entire operation under one roof. The station currently has its business office in a facility separate from its studios.

Triple A mvyradio, the internet station with the programming that was heard on WMVY/Martha’s Vineyard until the recent sale of the station, can now be heard on 96.5 FM in Newport, RI, thanks to an agreement with Rhode Island Public Radio.

Non-comm Triple A WAPS/Akron has signed a deal to continue broadcasting on WKTL/90.7 in Youngstown until 2021.

Congratulations to CBS Radio-Philadelphia's Spike Eskin, who is being honored by the Alzheimer's Association of the Delaware Valley at the Gatsby Gala on Saturday, April 6 as an Honorable Chairman for all his hard work he has done for the organization.

Digital music service eMusic has merged with e-book company K-NFB Reading, forming the new company Media Arc Inc, according to The Wall Street Journal. eMusic will remain as its own unit of Media Arc.
