At CBS Radio Hot AC WBZZ (100.7 Star)/Pittsburgh, Kelly Langenohl teams with Flick for afternoon drive as "Flick And Kelly."

Veteran programmer Mike Edwards is named PD at AC WILT/Wilmington, NC. Edwards, who will start later this month, most recently was Operations Director of Curtis Media's Raleigh, NC based Triangle Traffic Network. Edwards' past experience includes programming, management and on-air roles at WWZZ/Washington, D.C., KZQZ/San Francisco, WLNK/Charlotte and WKSE/Buffalo.

Rick Dees In The Morning adds the following stations effective today: KREV/San Francisco, KFRH/Las Vegas and KRCK/Palm Springs.

Modern Rock WLUM (FM 102/1)/Milwaukee morning show co-host Brian Kramp exits after seven years with the station. "We thank Kramp for his efforts and wish him the best in his future endeavors," said PD Jacent Jackson. FM 102/1 will be moving to a more music driven format in morning drive with more details coming soon.

Shamrock Communications launches Adult Hits KWNZ (106.3 POP FM)/Reno, the company's fourth station to launch in Shamrock's Reno cluster. POP FM will play Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Madonna, Prince, Destiny's Child, P!nk and many more. Shamrock-Reno Director of Broadcast Operations Willobee Carlan will also handle PD duties, with Bill Shakespeare as APD/MD. The station is also now seeking a part-time, regional morning air talent, which could become full-time for the right individual. Layoffs at Midwest Family Broadcasting-Springfield, IL cluster have claimed the following staffers, reports the State Journal Register: Talk WMAY-AM host Ray Lytle and news anchor/producer Barb Ferguson-Fees, Active Rock KQLZ hosts Ryan "Bodine" Lytle and Jeff "The Dawg" Fredericks and Triple A WLCE host Joy Zettler.

At Emerson College's Triple A WERS/Boston, Anthony Heinze is named MD.

Congratulations to CCM+E-Albany's News/Talk 810 & 103-1 WGY and Hot AC WRVE (99.5 The River), which raised over $626,000 for the Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center during the annual Cares for Kids Radiothon. 810 & 103-1 WGY and 99.5 The River broadcasted live for more than 30 hours from Albany Medical Center on May 2-3, to raise vital funds for the Children’s Hospital. 

Former Bigger Picture Entertainment Director of National Promotion EJ Bernas joins Curb Records. Also at Curb, Samantha Deprez takes on radio and syndication duties.

Warner Music Group has lowered the rate on its $820 million loan that the label took out to acquire Parlophone, according to Bloomberg. WMG also hopes to lower its borrowing costs on $492 million in debt it already holds. The $820 million loan expires in July of 2020.

Spotify has acquired Swedish music discovery service Tunigo.
