CCM+E Rhythmic AC KSSX (95.7 KISS FM)/San Diego hires Louie Cruz as PD. His first day on the job is July 1.
At AC WKQC/Charlotte, Phil Harris comes on board for mornings effective July 1, replacing Todd Baker. Harris is inbound from middays at WLYT/Charlotte.
Meanwhile, Todd Baker joins Hot AC KZZO/Sacramento where he will host mornings with Nina Hajian beginning July 1, Baker most recently did mornings at AC sister WKQC/Charlotte.
Bob Hamilton is named SVP of Programming for The Tom Kent Radio Network. For the past two years Hamilton had been serving as a consultant for TKRN. Previously Hamilton handled PD duties at WMJX/Miami and PD/OM responsibilities at KRTH/Los Angeles.
Triple A WWCT/Peoria has named Marc Alghini to the PD chair. Alghini comes from WXRT/Chicago where he has been an air personality, morning show producer and social media contributor since 2005. He previously worked in artist management and was in promotion and marketing at Astralwerks before that.
Steven Berns, CFO at Revlon, Inc., is named EVP/CFO at Tribune Company. Also at Tribune, Chandler Bigelow segues to the new position of EVP/Business Strategies and Operations Officer.

SiriusXM Radio and Ford announce that Ford will give its customers in-vehicle access to the SiriusXM Internet Radio App in Ford vehicles equipped with the SYNC AppLink technology. Ford drivers will be the first to access the MySXM and SiriusXM On Demand features of SiriusXM Internet Radio alongside satellite radio all by using voice commands, steering wheel or radio controls. "SiriusXM Internet Radio's MySXM and On Demand features are entering the car alongside satellite radio for the first time, enhancing the SiriusXM listening experience by giving Ford customers using SYNC AppLink the ability to hear personalized music channels and programming when they want it, while continuing to enjoy the seamless nationwide coverage provided by live satellite radio," said SiriusXM CEO JimMeyer. "We are excited that Ford sees the advantage of being the first automaker to give its customers easy, safe access to our unparalleled audio entertainment through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App and satellite radio in the connected car."
