The Rolling Stones
The Rolling Stones have released their entire catalog on iTunes as part of the band's ongoing 50th anniversary celebration. The digital releases have been re-mastered exclusively for Apple's online store and features all the Stones' studio records, live albums and best-of collections. Consumers can also buy the entire Stones catalog as two separate collections: 1963-1971 and 1971-2013. The Rolling Stones' "50 And Counting" tour continues tomorrow night in Philadelphia.
Justin Bieber has added a new round of arena dates in Australia and New Zealand to his 2013 plans. Bieber will play a pair of shows in Auckland, NZ on November 23 and 24, then seven more Australian shows in late November and early December.
Is David Lynch directing the new Nine Inch Nails video? On Wednesday, Trent Reznor tweeted out a picture of himself (apparently in makeup) with the famous director. Lynch is reportedly directing the clip for "Come Back Haunted," the lead single from the upcoming NIN album, Hesitation Marks. This would reunite the pair, as Reznor was closely involved with the soundtrack to Lynch's 1997 film Lost Highway.
EDM star Avicii will release his first proper album in September, according to Billboard. #TRUE will be out September 17 on PRMD Music/Island Records. The lead single, "Wake Me Up," will go to radio and iTunes next Tuesday, June 25.
