Clear Channel's Jacksonville cluster has been sued for gender and racial discrimination by three of its salespeople. According to multiple reports, former CCM+E-Jacksonville salespeople Angela Myhand and Jessica Downs, along with Monique Blue (who is still employed with Clear Channel), claim the company "continuously and systematically removed large commission accounts," and "distributed the accounts to Caucasian and/or male employees," leading to "significant losses of commissions and income" for the three women. The suit also claims that CCM+E-Jacksonville even planted listening devices on their phones when the charges of discrimination were initially filed.
