After announcing a tour last week, Drake has now confirmed that his next opus, Nothing Was The Same, will drop on September 17. Drake also stoked fans' excitement by unleashing four new songs that can be streamed at his new ovosound.com website: "Jodeci Freestyle" with J. Cole; "Versace" with Atlanta trio Migos; and "The Motion" and "Over Here" with his new R&B artist PartyNextDoor. However, it's not clear whether any of these songs will make the final cut for the Canadian rapper's new album.
Meanwhile, Drake's 41-city Would You Like A Tour? will feature special guests Miguel and Future. The trek starts on September 25 at Portlands Rose Garden Arena and runs up to November 25 in Los Angeles.
Drake also put out a trailer to promote Nothing Was The Same. The video shows him receiving his Grammy trophy for Best Rap Album for TakeCare, and after taking the award out of its box to admire it, Drake and his friends drink shots out of the gramophone's horn. The video can be seen below:
