Lindsay Aerts is named midday host at Hot AC KBEE/Salt Lake City. Aerts had been working down the hall at Active Rock KHTB.

Scott Laudani exits the PD post at Classic Rock WEZX, Modern Rocker WFUZ and Sports WJEL/WIlkes Barre-Scranton. Shamrock Communications is now looking for a new PD for these three stations. Interested parties can send their package to GM Sean O'Mealy at somealy@shamrocknepa.com.

Slacker has named Lisa Namerow as SVP of Strategic Partnership Operations. Namerow will lead partnership operations with a focus on broadening existing and future partnerships for the streaming audio service. She joins the Slacker team from AOL, where she was the GM of the AOL Music Network and AOL Radio.

"One of Slacker’s greatest strengths is the depth and breadth of our distribution partners – from auto manufacturers and wireless carriers to consumer web portals like AOL," said Jim Cady, CEO of Slacker. "Lisa’s tremendous experience in conceptualizing and executing strategic multi-platform partnerships will help further our reach and build upon Slacker’s already outstanding roster of partners."

Live Nation is expanding its headquarters in Beverly Hills, adding another building next door. According to the Los Angeles Times, the concert giant will rent an additional 33,000 square feet of space.

FMQB offers condolences to the family and friends of well-known South Florida air talent Betty Pino, who passed away due to complications from a bacterial infection. Pino, who had been doing middays at WAMR/Miami, had spent more than 30 years on the air in the market.
