Cumulus Classic Hits WGRR/Cincinnati PD Keith Mitchell adds duties as Corporate PD of Classic Hits for the company, overseeing the majority of Cumulus' Classic Hits stations alongside SVP of Programming Mike McVay. Mitchell replaces Dick Stadlen, who exits Cumulus.

After 11 years at Mid-West Family Radio-Springfield, Kristen Bergman resigns as OM and PD at Active Rock KQRA and Rhythmic CHR KOSP. Bergman will join Moroch Partners as Communication Specialist serving Southern Missouri and Northern Arkansas McDonald's Public Relations.

CCM+E CHR KWNW/Memphis PD/afternoon host Dino Conard transfers to the PD post at CHR sister WQEN/Birmingham and HD2 CHR/Rhythmic WMJJ. Dino, who begins his new gig on September 3, takes over for Keith Allen who recently took the PD job at CCM+E's CHR WMKS and Active Rock WVBZ/Greensboro.

CHR/Rhythmic KSEQ/Fresno welcomes Greg Hoffman for mornings. Hoffman comes on board from the PD/morning post at crosstown CHR/Rhythmic KBOS.

Sharon Wingfield is named midday host at Hot AC WURV/Richmond.

The Chicago Tribune reports that WGN-AM/Chicago will be making some changes next month. Starting September 3, WGN alumni Steve Cochran and Kathy & Judy will return to the station. Jonathan Brandmeier will move from mornings to a new online station, WGNFM.com. Most notably, the Tribune reports that its owner, Tribune Co. will be looking to acquire an FM frequency in the Windy City in the next year, according to WGN President/GM Jimmy de Castro.

According to The Wall Street Journal, VEVO has inked deals for both Apple TV and Samsung televisions, with the digital music video service offering streaming programming. Apple's TV app could debut as soon as this week, while Samsung's new TV service could be a few more weeks away, reports the WSJ.
