Clear Channel-New Orleans' legal troubles continue, as seven employees have filed a racial discrimination suit against the cluster in Louisiana court. CCM+E recently settled with two of the three AEs who had complained of discrimination against them, but the third, Prixie Montgomery, is part of this new suit. The lawsuit alleges that the CC-New Orleans cluster engaged in discrimination when it came to compensating its African-American salespeople.
