Pearl Jam will answer fan questions during an intimate Q&A session with an audience of SiriusXM listeners, moderated by producer Brendan O’Brien, as part of the SiriusXM "Town Hall series. "SiriusXM’s Town Hall with Pearl Jam" will take place on Thursday, October 3 at a secret location in Seattle and will air on Friday, October 11 at 12:00 pm ET via satellite on Pearl Jam Radio, channel 22, and through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App on smartphones and other connected devices, as well as online at siriusxm.com. The Pearl Jam "Town Hall" will feature the band answering questions about their tenth studio album, Lightning Bolt, which is scheduled to be released on October 15. In addition, the audience attending the "Town Hall" will hear Lightning Bolt in its entirety; this will mark one of the rare first times the new album will be played for anyone in a public setting. "We're excited to head into uncharted band territory with our SiriusXM 'Town Hall,'" said Pearl Jam guitarist Stone Gossard. "Since this is one of the first times that any of our fans will have the chance to hear Lightning Bolt, I'm psyched to see how they respond to the new music and to answer some of their questions about the making of the record."
KoRn will bring back its Family Values festival as a one-day event to be held October 5 at the 1st Bank Center in Denver. Joining KoRn will be Hollywood Undead, Asking Alexandria, Machine Gun Kelly and Beware of Darkness. Family Values will herald the release of KoRn's new album, The Paradigm Shift, due on October 8, and it also celebrates the return of guitarist Brian "Head" Welch. "We wanted to celebrate our new album release in a big way since Head is back and since this record means so much to us. What better way but to bring back Family Values and the Korn Kage for one big f**kin' special night!" says frontman Jonathan Davis. "Denver became the spot -- we figured we needed something cool in the middle of the country, so everyone would have a chance to get there."
On October 15, TLC is set to return with a long-awaited album featuring new songs as well as re-releases of some old hits. However, the duo was clear with MTV News that this isn't just a Greatest Hits set. "A lot of people are saying that for some reason," T-Boz told MTV at the VMAs. "We re-recorded all of our old hits and we'll have some additional new — hopefully — hits and smashes too." She noted that Lady Gaga co-wrote one of their new songs, called "Posh Life," with Dallas Austin. But does that mean Gaga will appear on the album? "She wants to," T-Boz added, crossing her fingers. "You know them record company people. If it was up to the artist, all three of us are down. So we'll see what happens."
Speaking of Lady Gaga, rumor has it that the singer may pull double duty on Saturday Night Live this season as both a musical guest and host. TVLine.com reports that Gaga is in discussions for her third stint on SNL, although a spokesperson for NBC declined to comment on the report, according to MTV. Gaga's ARTPOP album is due on November 11.
3OH!3 will headline Journey's Noise Tour with supporting acts The Summer Set, Wallpaper, and NeW bEAt FUNd. The 33-date national headline tour kicks off on October 16 in Albany, NY and wraps in Los Angeles on November 26.

The legendary singer/songwriter received the honor from British music industry organization BPI, and the new event is designed as an extension of the annual BRIT Awards ceremony. The BBC reported that John received the award from his friend, RodStewart.
